Position: Senior Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; Washington, DC)

Summary:

We're seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our global social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram. This key role on the corporate marketing team will focus on elevating brand presence, growing engagement, and aligning our social voice with business priorities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading global social media strategy
• Managing content calendar and channel planning
• Optimizing performance through analytics
• Leveraging AI and automation tools for scaling efforts
• Identifying emerging platforms and trends
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Supporting executive visibility and thought leadership
• Monitoring social conversations for risks and opportunities
• Maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years in social media strategy, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Proven success in growing brand engagement
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms and content formats
• Experience with AI tools for social media
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual skills
• Familiarity with social media management platforms
• Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• YouTube strategy experience
• Background in community building or influencer partnerships
• Experience supporting executive thought leadership
• Knowledge of brand voice across global markets

Compensation Bands:

• Tier A: $112K - $126K + Equity
• Tier B: $100K - $126K + Equity
• Tier C: $95K - $119K + Equity
