Unity is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to shape how the company appears across social platforms. You will develop data-driven strategies and produce end-to-end visual content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll collaborate with teams to amplify campaigns, manage the editorial calendar, and use performance data to refine strategies. A strong mix of creative storytelling and analytics will help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a brand’s social presence.
• Expert knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with a strong grasp of pacing and visual storytelling for social-first content.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts in relatable ways.
• Experience partnering with influencers or creators to extend brand reach.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team.
• Comfortable on-camera or behind-the-camera, with a creative and analytical mindset.
• Someone with a Social-First Mindset: translate complex topics into platform-native formats.

Responsabilités

• Concept, design, and produce end-to-end visual content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts), graphics, carousels.
• Support platform-specific social strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify Unity’s campaigns.
• Help manage editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing process.
• Use performance data to evaluate impact and refine creative strategy.
• Stay current on design trends, video editing techniques, and social best practices.
