Job summary

Halo Dream, Inc. seeks an Associate Manager, Social Media to bring our brand to life on social, creator, and community channels. You’ll manage content calendars, engage our community, and support creator partnerships and UGC initiatives.

This role reports to the Social Media Manager and requires in-person meetings in the New York Metro Area while largely working virtually. You’ll edit social-first content, write on-brand copy, and help grow channels including HALO and aden + anaïs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media, influencer marketing, community management or creator marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing social channels and executing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok; familiarity with YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit.
• Experience in identifying, communicating with, and managing influencers and brand partners.
• Experience with creator gifting, UGC, usage rights, and campaign tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute HALO’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Own day-to-day social scheduling, publishing, tagging, and monitoring to stay on-brand.
• Maintain monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Identify trends, formats, and creator opportunities; write on-brand short-form copy.
• Support influencer campaigns, creator outreach, product seeding, and content review.
