Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Content Creation: Define Heartflow's channel strategy across major social platforms; create evergreen awareness content for physician and healthcare provider audiences; evaluate and expand into emerging channels.
• Organic Content & Paid Amplification: Own a unified social content calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram; lead social paid media amplification; optimize processes for efficiency.
• Community Management: Drive reach by engaging wherever Heartflow is mentioned; build an engagement plan and comments library.
• HCP Engagement Management: Lead physician engagement programs with field teams and agencies.
• Employee Activation: Grow and activate employee engagement on social channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure social content meets brand and compliance standards.
• Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, create dashboards, report results to stakeholders.
• Agency Management: Primary contact for external social agencies and designers.
