Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in social media management with leadership responsibility; healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent written and visual communication with strong attention to brand voice.
• Experience selecting and managing external agencies and coordinating with regulatory stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare landscape and digital health trends.

Responsibilities

• Define Heartflow's channel strategy across major social platforms.
• Own content calendar for organic and paid social, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Drive community management and engagement plans with a comments library.
• Lead HCP engagement programs and support physician engagement.
• Activate employees with shareable social content.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs for brand compliance.
• Define KPIs, create dashboards, and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies and design partners.
