43 North Apartments in Madison is seeking a part-time Social Media Intern to own our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). You will craft posts, shoot and edit video content, respond to comments, and pass leasing inquiries to the team. Some on-site shooting at downtown properties; rest can be remote.

You should be a UW–Madison student with a knack for trends, basic video editing (CapCut/InDesign/Canva), and a reliable posting schedule. Pay is $15–$20/hour, 10–15 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Current UW–Madison student enrolled and eligible for campus programs.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and short-form video trends.
• Basic video editing and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own social media presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Create posts 4–5 times per week with engaging content.
• Direct inquiries to leasing team via lead process.
• Drive traffic to main site and tour scheduling.
• Maintain content within Fair Housing guidelines.
