Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our growing digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter interested in real estate, multifamily marketing, and online community engagement.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit platforms.
• Strong understanding of college students’ interests to help plan well-attended resident events and outreach campaigns.
• Excellent design skills in Canva.
• Excellent video/photo editing skills in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, VSCO, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Professional and customer‑service‑oriented tone.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable analyzing basic engagement metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Stay up-to-date on social media and Gen Z trends.
• Create, produce, and edit visually appealing static and short-form video content focused on brand awareness and lead generation on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Tailor content and messaging to different audiences (freshmen, upperclassmen, graduate students, and parents).
• Respond to Direct Messages in a timely, professional manner
• Monitor and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, tracking sentiment and identifying trends
• Assist with reputation management by monitoring comments, reviews, and community discussions
• Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, leads, and response times
• Conduct proactive outreach via TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to engage prospective renters
• Build relationships with campus organizations, local businesses, and students for social media content and outreach partnerships online and offline
• Assist with planning and attending resident events, engaging tabling opportunities, and effective on and off campus outreach campaigns

Compensation: $17 to $18 hourly, depending on experience.

This role is ideal for a motivated self‑starter interested in real estate, multifamily marketing, and online community engagement. We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, takes initiative, and enjoys connecting with other students. In this role, you’ll create content, build campus relationships, and help more students get to know our apartment community.

The Social Media Marketing Intern will play a key role in managing community‑focused social platforms, monitoring online sentiment, and supporting lead generation efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up‑to‑date on social media and Gen Z trends.
• Create, produce, and edit visually appealing static and short‑form video content focused on brand awareness and lead generation on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Tailor content and messaging to different audiences (i.e. freshmen, upperclassmen, graduate students, and parents).

Qualifications:

Essential skills include but are not limited to:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit platforms
• Strong understanding of college students’ interests to help plan well‑attended resident events, engaging tabling opportunities, and effective outreach campaigns.

• Excellent video/photo editing skills in their program of choice (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, VSCO, etc.)
• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously

Preferred but not required:

• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Familiarity with Sprout Social
• Interest in multifamily real estate or property management

Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Physical Demands:

• The intern will be required to sit regularly, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The intern may occasionally be required to climb. The intern will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Attendance/Travel:

• Internship may require availability to work some nights and weekends. Regular attendance and active participation at company functions and events may also be required.
