Job summary

Zekelman Industries is offering a paid Social Media Intern & Content Creator internship for Summer 2027 in Chandler, AZ. You’ll work with the Marketing team to capture and craft content that highlights multifamily communities, resident experiences, and neighborhood features, while supporting leasing and brand awareness.

The role involves field content creation, collaboration with leasing teams, and editing with Canva/CapCut/Adobe Premiere to deliver engaging posts and videos across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• Experience creating photo and video content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere for editing and post-production.
• Strong visual eye for photography, videography, and branding.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to ZPM-managed communities to capture photo and video content of homes, amenities, and events.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to plan content opportunities.
• Edit content to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain content libraries; track visits and mileage; support administrative tasks.
