Job summary

National Life Group in Addison, TX is offering a Social Media Intern position within the Digital Marketing team. You will help create on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn while gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing during a paid, 10-week internship.

You’ll work closely with designers, writers and marketers to develop campaigns, graphics and short-form videos, with a focus on creative, trend-aware content and brand consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Support the creation of content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting creative to the needs and best practices of each platform.
• Assist with short‑form video, motion graphics, carousels, static graphics and other social‑first creative.
• Help translate campaign concepts, business priorities and communications needs into compelling social content.
• Apply National Life Group brand standards consistently across social creative.
