POP MART in Culver City, CA is seeking a Social Media Operations & Campaign Intern to support planning and execution of campaigns across the Americas. You will help organize timelines, content calendars, and liaise with retail stores to ensure cohesive social media efforts.

You will capture and edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, brainstorm creative concepts, draft copy, and assist with event production and reporting. This is a hands-on internship with on-site collaboration.

Formación

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and execution of social media campaigns, product launches, and retail marketing across the Americas.
• Organize campaign timelines, content calendars, and internal trackers to keep projects on schedule.
• Support communication with retail stores regarding social media initiatives and promotions.
• Assist with campaign recaps, presentations, and performance reporting.
• Capture and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other platforms.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for product launches and IP campaigns.
• Draft social copy, internal communications, creative briefs, and campaign messaging.
• Coordinate content production for retail events, store openings, and pop-ups.
