Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Управлять каналами социальных сетей JugaBet Mexico и LATAM (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Разрабатывать и реализовывать контент-планы, соответствующие бренду и кампаниям.
• Руководить дневным модераторством сообщества и взаимодействием с аудиторией.
• Проводить соцслушание, анализировать тренды и конкурентную среду.
• Подбирать и onboard инфлюенсеров и креаторов, управлять отношениями и договорностями.
• Координировать работу с внешними агентствами по производству контента и кампейнам.
• Собирать и представлять KPI: охват, вовлеченность, просмотры и конверсии.

Our client, Jugabet, is a brand and gaming platform accessible to players in Latin America. With a strong regional focus and localized strategies, Jugabet is quickly becoming a key player in the market.

Perfect for those who aim to:

• Manage end-to-end social media channels for JugaBet Mexico and JugaBet LATAM across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok;
• Develop, plan, and execute content calendars aligned with brand positioning, campaign goals, and local trends;
• Lead daily community management, including inbox monitoring, direct response, and community moderation;
• Conduct social listening to track brand sentiment, industry trends, viral moments, and competitor movements;
• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators using our internal discovery software and databases;
• Manage influencer relationships end-to-end: negotiate deliverables, brainstorm creative concepts, coordinate posting schedules, and ensure brief compliance;
• Collaborate closely with external agency partners to streamline content production and influencer execution;
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, conversion) to build actionable data-driven insights.

Требования:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing;
• Proven background in the iGaming/Sports Betting industry, with a solid understanding of sports culture;
• Experience collaborating with diverse creator profiles, including sports influencers, entertainment icons, lifestyle creators, and live streamers;
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics, scheduling platforms, and social listening tools;
• Strong track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution alongside third-party marketing agencies.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills that help you build authentic relationships with influencers, streamers, and talent agencies;
• A proactive and autonomous approach, taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently, and thriving in a fast-paced environment;
• Creativity and cultural awareness, with a deep understanding of internet culture, memes, viral trends, and sports;
• A data-informed mindset, using engagement metrics to evaluate content performance and optimize campaigns;
• Agility and resilience, managing multiple priorities at once and adapting quickly to live event dynamics or shifting business needs.
