Job summary

Sports Force Parks in Sandusky, Ohio, invites you to join as a Social Media & Guest Services Intern, shaping content during events and assisting with the park’s guest services operations.

Under supervision of the Guest Services and Retail Manager, you will manage social posts, engage guests, and learn six departments, with housing provided.

This paid internship offers real-world experience in marketing and hospitality while supporting a multi-use sports complex serving numerous events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and pursuing related field.
• Ability to capture, edit, and post content.
• Examples of recent work in graphics or social media content.

Responsibilities

• Capturing and posting social media content on Sports Force Parks’ Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Applying social media trends and providing suggestions on how to improve our efforts.
• Tracking the growth of the social accounts during your internship.
• Build brand awareness and help promote the apparel, souvenirs, attractions, and other offerings in the park.
• Work with guests one-on-one to get feedback on the park.
• Be trained in the 6 departments under the Guest Services umbrella to assist seasonal staff.
• Other tasks as assigned by Park Managers and Marketing & Brands Manager.
