Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, PR, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media management tools.
• Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or affiliate partners.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, engagement strategies, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• A creative eye paired with an analytical mindset—you love great content, but you also want to know whether it worked.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Our Social Presence: Manage content calendar, posting cadence, and platform optimization.
• Publish and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Monitor engagement and performance to identify growth opportunities and community Strengthening.
• Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Maintain and organize social media assets in the DAM system.
• Build Our Creator & TikTok Shop Programs: Outreach, seeding, relationship management, and UGC initiatives.
• Recruit UGC creators, influencers, and affiliates who align with the brand.
• Provide assets and guidelines to creators for great content.
• Track activity and performance; optimize results.
• Create & Collaborate: Partner with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Education, and Leadership on content opportunities.
• Coordinate content capture, recordings, and collaborations.
• Support campaigns around launches, partnerships, events, and initiatives.
• Assist with PR lists, influencer gifting, and affiliate initiatives.
• Support Events & Big Brand Moments: Plan and execute events and tradeshows.
• Capture social content surrounding events.
• Analyze post-event results to improve future engagement.
