Quantinuum seeks a Social Media Lead in Broomfield, CO to own and grow our social programs from strategy through execution. You’ll craft channel-focused strategies, build a scalable editorial calendar, and partner with Brand, Communications and subject-matter experts to translate complex quantum topics into clear, engaging content.

You will manage content across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms, producing posts and short-form video, while driving engagement with key audiences including

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing social media frameworks, standards, governance or scalable ways of working, with ownership of brand social programs.

Mansioni

• Own, develop and lead a comprehensive social media program with channel roles, audience priorities, content themes, publishing cadence and success measures.
• Act as Quantinuum’s social media SME, advising leadership on strategy, audience engagement, platform trends and reputational considerations.
• Own the editorial calendar, schedule posting, social listening and audience interactions, enabling contributions across the organization.
