Quicksilver Scientific is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to own our content calendar, grow our social presence, and engage with communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

You’ll build creator relationships, manage TikTok Shop initiatives, collaborate with Marketing and Education, and help execute brand moments. A data-minded, creative candidate will thrive in our hybrid Louisville, CO setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and management tools.
• Experience working with UGC, influencers, or affiliates.
• Strong understanding of engagement metrics and best practices.

Salary: Up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Are you someone who lives and breathes social media, loves spotting the next big trend, and knows how to turn great content into real engagement?

Quicksilver Scientific is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social channels. In this highly collaborative role, you'll own our social content calendar, engage with our growing community, work with creators and influencers, support TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives, and help tell the Quicksilver story in fresh and compelling ways.

What You'll Do

Own & Grow Our Social Presence

• Manage Quicksilver Scientific's social media content calendar, including content mix, messaging, and posting cadence.

• Publish and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

• Monitor engagement, conversations, and performance to identify opportunities to grow our audience and strengthen our community.

• Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats-and bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Maintain and organize social media assets within our digital asset management system.

Build Our Creator & TikTok Shop Programs

• Help grow and scale our TikTok Shop and Creator Program through creator outreach, product seeding, relationship management, and UGC initiatives.

• Identify and recruit UGC creators, influencers, and TikTok Shop affiliates who align with the Quicksilver brand.

• Serve as a key point of contact for creators and affiliates, providing the products, assets, brand guidelines, and information they need to create great content.

• Track creator activity, product seeding, affiliate performance, and TikTok Shop metrics and recommend ways to improve results.

Create & Collaborate

• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Education, and Leadership to uncover great content opportunities.

• Coordinate content capture, recordings, subject matter experts, creators, influencers, and affiliates.

• Support social campaigns surrounding product launches, educational initiatives, partnerships, events, and other key moments for the brand.

• Help coordinate PR lists, press boxes, influencer gifting, and affiliate initiatives.

Support Events & Big Brand Moments

• Contribute to the planning and execution of events and tradeshows.

• Help capture and coordinate social content surrounding events.

• Analyze post-event results and identify opportunities to improve future engagement and lead generation.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, PR, influencer marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social media management tools.

• Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or affiliate partners.

• Strong understanding of social media best practices, engagement strategies, and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

• A creative eye paired with an analytical mindset-you love great content, but you also want to know whether it worked.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.

• Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to travel occasionally for events and partner meetings.

Even Better If You Have

• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, functional medicine, longevity, or CPG.

• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, or social commerce.

• PR, influencer, affiliate, or event marketing experience.

• Copywriting, photography, video, or other content-production experience.

• A genuine interest in integrative health and wellness optimization.

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position based in the Louisville, Colorado area.

Our regular hybrid schedule includes:

• In office: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

• Remote: Wednesday & Friday

Occasional travel may be required for events, tradeshows, or partner meetings.

Compensation

Up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
