Job summary

The Den Assistant at College of Southern Nevada (CSN) works in the Office of Civic & Cultural Engagement in North Las Vegas. The role supports daily operations, greets visitors, and helps with events and classroom visits while delivering friendly service and reliable, on-time performance.

You will also create and publish social media content, help send newsletters, and photograph or livestream events to engage CSN students and reflect a welcoming campus culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of graphic design software and basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns.
• Skills in photography, video creation and edition, desirable.
• Knowledge of Cricut machine operation, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day utilization of The Den, sharing resources and providing exceptional service to the campus community.
• Assist with on-campus events, info-meetings and classroom visits; help walk-in students.
• Create, publish and monitor social media content across platforms; assist with newsletters or announcements.
• Attend, take photos, record, and/or live stream events.
• Other duties as assigned.
