Our client, a fast-growing company that acquires brands and transforms them through strategic marketing, elevated design, revamped websites, and improved products, is seeking a Social Media Director in Williamsburg. This is a hands-on leadership role with an in-office schedule.

You'll lead a team of 3 Social Media Managers, shape the social strategy across multiple brands, collaborate with influencers, coordinate shoots, craft content and ads, and ensure consistent quality across all channels.

Formación

• 3+ years leading social media for consumer/e-commerce brands.
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts.
• Proficiency with major platforms incl. Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong sense of brand positioning and creative judgment.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several social media managers simultaneously.
• Experience with fashion/beauty/lifestyle brands is a plus.

Social Media Director

Williamsburg – F/T in office – $80k+

Our client is a fast-growing company that acquires brands and transforms them through strategic marketing, elevated design, revamped websites, and improved products. They are looking for a Social Media Director to lead the team responsible for the company’s social media presence and drive the overall social strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage 3 Social Media Managers, providing direction and strategy as they work with influencers, coordinate shoots, create advertisements, and manage the company’s social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee social media strategy and direction across multiple brands
• Manage and provide direction to individual social media managers

Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing social media for consumer or e-commerce brands
• Experience overseeing multiple brands or social media accounts

• Excellent creative judgment and understanding of brand positioning
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple social media managers and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
