Job Title: Social Media & Delivery Coordinator at Speedway Subaru VW

Speedway Subaru VW is seeking a friendly, organized individual for a hybrid role combining customer experience with creative marketing.

You will spend part of your time enhancing the post-purchase experience for Subaru owners through our Love Encore program, and the rest supporting engaging content for our social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, outgoing, and eager to develop skills in marketing, communication, and customer service within a positive, people-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Marketing Support: Brainstorm and create content, support video shoots, capture behind-the-scenes moments, stay updated on trends, and assist with dealership events and marketing projects.
• Love Encore (Customer Experience): Contact recent Subaru buyers, conduct one-on-one walkthroughs of features and tips, ensure organized follow-up, and provide ongoing training to become a Subaru expert. Focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
