Responsibilities

• Serve as a Digital Advisor across all social platforms by engaging with fans in a timely manner.
• Support public customer care channels with insights and engagement strategies.
• Attend trainings to stay updated with social strategies and best practices.
• Follow social FAQ documents for launches and key moments.
• Compose responses addressing issues clearly for consumers.
• Provide social content recommendations based on trends and feedback.
• Escalate critical issues to internal teams and assist with problem-solving.
• Document product issues for improvement and enter data into CRM systems.
