Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of social media engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and best practices.
• Exceptional writing skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Reactively engage with fans and followers across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in a timely manner.
• Provide insights and strategy recommendations to support public channels.
• Participate in trainings, meetings and social strategy updates.
• Follow social FAQ documents for product launches and key moments, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Compose personalized responses addressing consumer issues and fostering positive interactions.
