Job summary

indaHash Space is seeking a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager to oversee brands’ social media presence and creator collaborations from planning to publishing.

You will build content calendars, coordinate creators, adapt content for Polish audiences, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

This remote role offers flexible hours and exposure to leading brands, with an international team and opportunities to grow within indaHash Space.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing.
• Polish copywriting skills and fluent Polish.
• Good command of English and social platforms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage influencers/UGC creators, incl. outreach, negotiations and content delivery.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities and launches.
• Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, briefing graphics.
• Adapt creator content for brand channels and Polish copy.
• Schedule and publish posts/stories, moderate comments per guidelines.
• Coordinate paid amplification with media specialist.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports, recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and deliverable timelines.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager to manage brands’ social media presence and creator collaborations. From content planning to publishing and reporting.

Задачи:

• Identify and manage influencers and UGC creators, including outreach, negotiations, agreements and content delivery
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities, promotions and product launches
• Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, including briefing additional graphic assets
• Adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging copy in Polish
• Schedule and publish posts and stories, moderate comments and respond in line with brand guidelines
• Coordinate paid amplification with our media specialist
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements
• Manage day-to-day client communication and keep deliverables on schedule

Требования:

• Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing
• Fluent Polish and excellent Polish copywriting skills - a must for this role
• Good command of English
• Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including publishing tools and analytics
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating creators and clients
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage projects independently
