24 Seven Talent is seeking a Social Media Creative Lead to shape how our brand appears across social platforms and digital commerce. In a hybrid NYC setting, you will turn cultural insights and platform trends into attention-grabbing, community-building content that inspires discovery and purchase.

You will lead concepts for campaigns, produce content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and more, and direct photography, video, and creator-led assets.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in art direction, content creation, or creative design with a social/digital focus.
• Portfolio featuring social campaigns, short-form video, creator collaborations, and performance-driven work.
• Experience creating for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and creator-led or social commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, influencer and affiliate marketing, livestream shopping, and digital consumer behavior.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus proficiency in After Effects, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Experience directing photography, video, creator content, and user-generated-style assets.
• Understanding platform formats, trends, algorithms, and creative performance across the funnel.
• Collaborative, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for beauty, culture, and test-and-learn environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts for social campaigns, always-on content, creator partnerships, and social commerce.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, paid social, CRM, and emerging platforms.
• Art direct photography, video, livestreams, influencer collaborations, and user-generated-style content.
• Translate audience insights, cultural conversations, and platform trends into relevant creative ideas.
• Develop assets for every stage of the consumer journey, from awareness through conversion.
• Collaborate with social, influencer, media, ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams.
• Partner with copywriters, photographers, videographers, creators, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
• Use performance data and platform best practices to test, refine, and optimize creative.
• Explore new approaches to motion, short-form storytelling, affiliate content, and livestream shopping.
