Qualifikationen

• 6-9 years of video content creation experience for social media
• Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Proficient in video editing including Premiere and in-app tools
• Nice to have: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and talent development

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with social strategists and clients to ensure content aligns with brand strategies and social trends.
• Conceptualize and execute creative content for various social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and lo-fi content.
• Participate in and occasionally lead weekly culture briefings to discuss trends and opportunities for brands to engage with their audience.
• Stay on top of internet trends, social media updates, and platform shifts.
• Provide hands-on support in shooting, editing, and writing post-copy for content.
• Help identify opportunities for new content ideas and campaigns that could go viral or stand out in the market.
• Partner with capability leadership to educate and elevate our team’s work to various key departments on an ongoing basis.
• Comfortable and confident speaking and presenting to leadership teams within the agency and Groupe.
• Occasionally support new business pitches.
