Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to capture original content and promote our brand across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. You will build relationships with followers, analyze metrics for monthly reports, and craft compelling stories that reflect our brand voice.

The role requires strong writing, creativity, and a bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Posting duties, collaboration with a dynamic team, and an emphasis on engaging content are key components

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform well under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Final Cut Pro or Premiere experience.
• Strong experience using social media platforms.
• Creative eye for captivating content aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Daily postings on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, strategically targeting each platform’s unique audience.
• Build and nurture customer and follower relations across all social media platforms, continuously working to improve brand engagement.
• Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in monthly reports.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills through social media stories and feeds.
• Ensure the brand’s voice and vision is present in all messaging and content creation.

Pay Range: $45,000- $50,000
