Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. You will craft original content, manage daily posts, and help attract more clients while preserving our voice.

Join a creative, collaborative team and shape our social presence with engaging stories, metrics-driven posts, and bilingual outreach in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform well under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong experience using social media platforms.
• Creative eye for captivating content aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Post daily across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest targeting each platform.
• Build and nurture follower relations to improve brand engagement.
• Capture and analyze metrics and report monthly.
• Showcase writing, storytelling and communication in stories and feeds.
• Maintain brand voice across all messaging and content.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000

The Social Media Coordinator to capture original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. You’ll work in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment and help lead the company’s growing brand and social media presence across various platforms.

• Daily postings on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, strategically targeting each platform’s unique audience
• Build and nurture customer and follower relations across all social media platforms, continuously working to improve brand engagement
• Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in monthly reports
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills through social media stories and feeds
• Ensure the brand’s voice and vision is present in all messaging and content creation
