Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of its social media strategy across Ikon Pass channels. You will partner with the team to publish content, coordinate influencers, and handle customer service inquiries while assisting with content logistics and destination campaigns.

The role requires collaboration with the Social Media Operations Specialist and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or 2–4 years in social media/marketing.
• Experience with major social platforms and formatting.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Publish content across social channels following the content calendar.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with influencers and athletes; track deliverables.
• Prepare contract renewal requests and payment documentation for review.
