$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Pay-rate: $20-22/hr.

Duration: 6 months contract

Client: Ally Financial (for internal reference)

Summary:

• Support day-to-day proactive, reactive engagement and surprise & delight efforts on all brand social platforms as a Brand Engagement Specialist.
• Must be detail-oriented with a passion for social media.
• Build and maintain the brand's online community by initiating meaningful interactions and fostering brand love.
• Monitor all social media platforms to stay updated on social trends.
• Engage promptly in trending moments and brand banter through engagement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media community management.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize engagement strategies (reactive/proactive).
• Ability to work independently with a quick turnaround.
• Minimum 1 year experience in community management or a related field, with a successful track record of building and engaging online communities.
• High proficiency in platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in social media monitoring and management tools; experience with Sprinklr is a plus.
