About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, brand storytelling, and digital engagement. As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing social strategies, creating dynamic content, and nurturing client relationships. You’ll work across various platforms and industries, ensuring that each client receives customized, effective, and engaging digital content. This is a remote-first position, offering flexibility along with professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement engaging social media strategies for up to 8 high-profile clients.
  2. Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  3. Design visually compelling graphics and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) aligned with each client’s brand.
  4. Write impactful copy, captions, and relevant hashtags to drive engagement.
  5. Monitor and manage community interactions to foster brand loyalty and audience growth.
  6. Execute and optimize paid social campaigns within specified budgets.
  7. Analyze performance data, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable insights.
  8. Stay informed on emerging trends and recommend fresh content ideas and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific features, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative eye for design and content aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to content strategy.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
