Who We Are

We’re the creators of the popular mobile game CookieRun, and we’re searching for brave Cookies to join us! Help shape the future of our games and turn our Cookies into a global entertainment brand. We pride ourselves on our high-quality games and content, with high App Store ratings (average 4.7), a highly engaged fan base, and over 100 beloved CookieRun characters. With offices in Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and the Bay Area, we’re gearing up to launch a handful of new games and aggressively expand our presence in the US. As an early member of the US office, you will have a direct influence on growth and its quest to build a world-class team.

What You'll Do

  • Own daily community operations from posting, channel reporting, maintaining a social media calendar, and execution of social media campaigns for an upcoming new game
  • Provide a range of entertaining and informative game copy that engages the community
  • Moderate our social channels to ensure that the community is safe and following the rules including Discord and YouTube
  • Compile community sentiment on user trends and updates
  • Research influencer talent who can help showcase our games
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to source assets to support social needs
  • Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and resources to ensure best practices are always followed with on-trend activity
  • Be agile and creative to engage our growing audience! We are the dream meme team and would love your brainpower!

Who You Are

  • Located in California; our office is located in San Mateo, CA
  • Self-starter and creative thinker
  • Passionate about gaming, mobile apps and games, anime and social media. Bonus points if you have 1+ years of community/social media experience in gaming industry or similar entertainment industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proactive, takes initiative and has strong work ethic
  • Team player with a strong sense of priorities and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of online community platforms, systems and software.
  • Strong understanding of popular social networking tools, trends, and platforms like Discord and TikTok
  • Knowledgeable on latest technologies and techniques used in building and maintaining successful gaming communities

For this full-time position in California, the base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000. Our salary structure considers various factors such as role, level, location, individual skills, experience, and education. In addition to competitive base pay, you may also be eligible for stock options and incentive compensation, although this is not guaranteed.
