Fence Me In & Decks Too is seeking a Creative Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our brand presence across major platforms in Central Virginia. You will produce, edit, and publish content from active fence and deck projects to engage audiences and drive inquiries.

You should have proven experience managing business social media accounts, strong photography/videography skills, and the ability to analyze performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts for a brand or company.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ability to read and interpret social media analytics.
• Understanding of algorithms, audience growth strategies, and content optimization.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Experience editing videos with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or similar.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit active fence and deck projects to capture visuals.
• Edit short-form videos for major platforms.
• Write engaging captions and schedule posts across channels.
• Develop strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Track performance and adjust content based on analytics.
• Collaborate with sales and office teams to highlight projects and promotions.
• Provide regular reports on growth, reach, and lead generation.
