Qualifications

• Experience navigating internet websites including social media and commercial sites.
• Comfortable reviewing content that may be inappropriate and/or explicit.
• Attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Predictable and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review content to ensure guidelines are met with high accuracy.
• Participate in refresher training to apply policies.
• Review, classify or remove content according to client parameters.
• Investigate issues within turnaround times and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Provide insights to improve processes and policies.
• Stay up to date on workflow changes and community standards.
