Social Media & Content Manager (Remote)

Rightcrunch is rebuilding trust in daily snacking with clean, minimally processed foods made from Indian ingredients no junk, no fake claims. As direct manufacturers, we control our supply chain end-to-end and are scaling across D2C, Amazon, Quick Commerce, and select offline stores.
We’re looking for a creative executor who can drive sharp, relatable content across social media with strong ideas, fast execution, and a real, human tone.


Work Type: Remote (Full-time, Monday to Saturday preferred)
Location: Anywhere in India (stable internet connection and personal laptop required)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Generate content ideas: Reels, static posts, Stories, and series (customer stories, founder BTS, educational posts).
  • Write scripts for Founder-led videos — short, real, and conversational.
  • Coordinate with video editors for timely editing of Reels and Shorts.
  • Write clear content briefs for designers (for posts, carousels, social ads).
  • Manage influencer collaborations: shortlist, brief, track, and repost UGC.
  • Handle basic community engagement: DM replies, comment tracking, story interactions.
  • Build and maintain a UGC repository (systematic Google Drive management).
  • Weekly reporting: track content performance, reach, saves, and engagement insights.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience building and managing Instagram pages (brand or personal).
  • Strong short-form writing skills (captions, scripts, email lines).
  • Skilled at using Canva, CapCut, or similar simple editing tools.
  • Sharp eye for trends, memes, relatable moments, and storytelling.
  • Highly organized: can manage calendars, briefs, shoots independently.
  • Comfortable coordinating remotely with founders, editors, and influencers.

Bonus Points:

  • Basic understanding of WhatsApp CRM and Email CRM content flows.
  • Prior experience with D2C food brands or challenger brands.
  • Personal Instagram or portfolio showcasing content creativity.
