Houseworks Collective in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to own how we show up online, from listings to renovations and home‑care tips. You’ll produce photos, videos, captions, and emails, manage calendars, test ad campaigns with our partners, and tell client stories warmly to grow engagement and leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing (agency, in‑house, or freelance).
• Portfolio showcasing strong short‑form video and photography.
• Comfortable with CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Lightroom, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
• Clear, polished writing and a good eye for design.
• Organized and self‑directed, able to manage your own calendar in a fast‑moving small team.
• Comfortable on location at homes and job sites around greater Milwaukee, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own our organic social channels, starting with Instagram and Facebook, and help us grow on YouTube and other platforms.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video and photography at listings, open houses, and renovation projects, including before‑and‑after content.
• Produce ad creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns, and test new ideas with our ad partners.
• Write captions, Journal articles, and our email newsletter.
• Build a monthly content calendar that balances real estate and home services.
• Track performance and report monthly on what’s driving engagement and leads.
• Tell our team’s and clients’ stories in a way that feels warm, thoughtful, and true to our brand.
