• Develop social media content, concepts, and reusable templates with the VP of Marketing.
• Turn ideas into clear, engaging content concepts.
• Write social media video scripts from start to finish.
• Lead video content: planning, filming, directing, and editing.
• Travel to homeowners’ properties for in-person filming and content creation.
• Guide employees and leadership on camera to deliver the intended message.
• Communicate creative vision during filming.
• Edit video content remotely after filming.
• Create content representing the brand and residential construction industry.
• Manage 3rd-party post scheduling across platforms.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
• Work with management and independently manage projects and deadlines.
