Job summary

Advanced Dealer Solutions (ADS) in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to grow our brand presence. You’ll create and schedule content, engage with our online community, and help capture content at live events—video shoots, trade shows, and conferences. Some travel is required.

The role requires 1–3 years in social media or marketing, strong writing/editing, and ability to travel ~10–20%. A bachelor's in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% for events and shoots.
• Based in or near the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and distribute a monthly newsletter and blogs. Vlogs, etc.
• Coordinate and assist with on-location video shoots and photo content.
• Represent ADS at trade shows and industry events, capturing real-time content and engaging with attendees.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and support community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and report on campaign results.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging.
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social tools.
