Melon Local, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a Social Media Content Designer & Client Coordinator. You will craft original captions and visuals, manage client communication, and keep multiple accounts moving forward across teams.

The role demands strong writing, design skills, and experience with social platforms. You will collaborate with designers and content owners to deliver on-brand content efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for brands or clients.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, voice, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for producing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create original social media captions using established frameworks and brand guidelines.
• Design engaging social media graphics aligned with brand standards.
• Support ongoing content production across multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with content owners, designers, and cross-functional team members.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
• Participate in client calls to discuss content, feedback, revisions, upcoming needs, and project updates.
• Communicate professionally with clients through email and other approved channels.
• Manage assigned client requests, tasks, feedback, and follow-up items.
• Track project updates and ensure next steps are completed on time.
• Review and respond to client questions and revision requests promptly.
