Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Marketing Intern at Goodwill Main Plant-GWIMP in Miami to assist the Marketing Division with social media content, including shooting and editing videos, creating posts for Instagram and TikTok, and writing captions.

You will help highlight Goodwill's people, programs, stores, events and community impact while supporting campaigns and the social content calendar. The role involves visiting Goodwill locations to capture content and collaborating with the team on fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Willing to visit Goodwill locations to capture content.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Find interesting stories and turn them into engaging social content.
• Highlight Goodwill's people, programs, stores, events and community impact.
• Write captions and create simple graphics.
• Research trends and bring fresh content ideas.
• Support campaigns and the social content calendar.
