Cofertility is seeking a part-time, freelance creator to produce and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work with our Marketing team to increase content output, film the CEO, and help shape our brand with scroll-stopping formats.

Based in Los Angeles, you’ll be comfortable directing on-camera, collaborating with staff, and delivering content that resonates with women in their 20s and 30s.

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit 16+ short-form video assets per month for social media across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using iPhone and lightweight setups.

• Appear on camera or direct Cofertility staff or creators when needed.
• Maintain the content calendar and publish on schedule across platforms.
• Monitor and engage with comments in a timely, on-brand way.
• Help identify, vet, and coordinate with external creators for additional voices.
• Proactively surface trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments relevant to our brand.

Cofertility is a Series A company focused on the fast-growing field of fertility and family planning. Through Cofertility Freeze, women can freeze their eggs for free when they donate eggs to a family who can't otherwise conceive. Cofertility Family serves as a more transparent, ethical egg donor matching platform. What We're Looking For

If you're the kind of person who clocks a trending format on TikTok before it's everywhere, can shoot and edit a Reel the same day, and has strong opinions about why one post performs and another doesn't, keep reading.

We're looking for a part-time, freelance creator who loves making videos, spotting trends, testing ideas, and bringing content to life. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to help increase content output, support filming, edit short-form videos, and develop new content formats that help more women and families learn about Cofertility.

This is a hands‑on creator role for someone who enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera. You'll help us move quickly, experiment often, and create content our audience wants to watch.

We're especially excited to meet creators who can take our brand and turn it into scroll‑stopping content that drives real impact. From trends and original content series to community storytelling, you'll engage and grow the Cofertility social presence in fresh and creative ways.

A part of this role is filming our CEO and co‑founder, Lauren, on a regular basis. You'll need to be comfortable directing on‑camera, capturing authentic moments, and turning them into content that feels real, not produced. You'll also help identify and coordinate with other creators when we need additional voices or perspectives.

• Monitor and engage with comments across our social channels in a timely, on‑brand way
• Help identify, vet, and coordinate with external creators when we need additional content voices; this isn't a full influencer management role, but you should be comfortable doing outreach and basic briefing
• Proactively surface trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments relevant to our brand and audience
• Track basic performance data and flag what's resonating

Who We're Looking For

• Based in Los Angeles and available for periodic in‑person content production
• 2+ years creating social content for a brand, agency, or as a creator
• Platform‑native: you’re chronically online in the best way. Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, pacing, and what makes content convert.
• Closely attuned to what matters to women in their 20s and early 30s. You track culture and trends they care about in real time rather than after they've moved on, and you know what will land with them and what earns their trust.
• Are comfortable appearing on camera
• Can execute in a brand's voice and aesthetic; you translate briefs into content without losing context
• Have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social trends
• Enjoy brainstorming creative concepts and testing new formats
• Have strong editing skills
• Is a self‑starter with a test‑and‑learn mindset and a bias toward action and iteration
• Able to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and communicate proactively when things shift
• Thrive in fast‑moving, creative environments
• Curiosity or genuine interest in women's health, reproductive wellness, or topics that matter to women in their 20s and 30s
