Job summary

Seven Keys Vacations by Casago in the Florida Keys seeks a Creative Social Media & Content Specialist to own our day-to-day organic social presence and craft compelling content across social channels, blogs, the website, and email campaigns. This is a hands-on, market-facing role blending photography, video, writing, and community storytelling.

You will travel through the Keys to capture properties and experiences, edit and repurpose assets, and ensure the brand voice remains distinct across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media channels and creating digital content for a business or organization.
• Strong photography, short-form video editing, writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content best practices, and community engagement.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with the public and building local relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with local/remote teams.
• Must reside in or near Key West or Marathon, FL.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day organic social presence, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Create and manage content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and blogs/website.
• Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal priorities and marketing strategy.
• Engage with followers, guests, local businesses, and partners; monitor interactions.
• Identify opportunities to grow audiences and strengthen brand presence.
• Travel throughout the Florida Keys to capture original photography/video of properties, events, and experiences.
• Edit and repurpose content for posts, reels, stories, blogs, and emails; maintain asset libraries.
• Support campaigns and new property launches with timely, on-brand content.
