Job summary

Casago Coastal North Carolina is seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to bring our properties, destinations, and brands to life across digital channels.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own the day-to-day organic social presence for Atlantic Beach Realty, Carolina Coast Retreats, and Carolina Breeze Vacations while crafting compelling content for social, blogs, and email campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience managing social media and creating digital content for a business, organization, or brand.
• Strong photography, short-form video editing, writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Understand social media platforms, content best practices, and community engagement.
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with the public and building local relationships.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Atlantic Beach, Surf City, or Holden Beach, NC.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day organic social media presence for multiple brands, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Create and manage content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest; support additional platforms as needed.
• Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal priorities and overall marketing strategy.
• Travel within coastal NC markets to capture original photography/video assets and transform them into content.
• Edit and repurpose content for posts, reels, stories, blogs, and emails; maintain organized media libraries.
• Create blog posts and website content; coordinate segmented email campaigns with the VP of Marketing and partners.
• Support campaigns, launches, partnerships with timely, brand-appropriate content.
