Job summary

Studio Mirro in Santa Monica is seeking a creative partner to shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content. You’ll shape a clear point of view on taste and LA life into a monetizable brand, while directing on camera and maintaining a weekly production cadence.

You’ll produce 3–4 videos weekly for Reels and TikTok, repurpose footage for the agency, and manage a simple content calendar. In-person shoots are expected 2 days per week in Santa Monica/West LA, with an ASAP start and a ~1,500 USD

Qualifications

• Fluent with short-form formats on Reels and TikTok.
• Proficient in CapCut or Premiere for fast edits.
• Experience turning raw footage into compelling stories.
• Able to sustain a weekly video cadence of 3–4 pieces.

What you’ll do

You are

• Fast with CapCut, Premiere or similar, and fluent in what performs on Reels and TikTok
• Comfortable directing on camera and pulling a story out of raw footage
• Organized, reliable, and able to hit a weekly cadence
• Bonus: experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, events, or with a creator or talent account
