VIKING Car Care in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Social Media Content Associate to research, create, edit, and publish engaging content that showcases products and drives sales.

You will appear on camera, support TikTok LIVE, and help execute Facebook/Instagram ads while learning our product lines and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• One year of full-time professional experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and representing VIKING Car Care with a positive, engaging personality.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with an interest in what makes social content effective.
• Basic smartphone video filming and editing skills, preferably using an iPhone.
• Driven, enthusiastic, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to follow through on assignments.
• Collaborative team player who welcomes feedback and is ready to help wherever needed.
• Willingness to learn our products and demonstrate them through hands-on use.

VIKING Car Care, a leader in automotive appearance tools and accessories, is seeking a creative, energetic, and driven Social Media Content Associate to join our growing social media team. This role will help research, create, edit, and publish compelling content that showcases our products, builds brand awareness, and drives sales.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on camera, brings personality and enthusiasm to their work, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute. You’ll help bring VIKING products to life through authentic, engaging videos, support TikTok LIVE broadcasts, and help the team execute our Meta advertising strategy.

This is an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving social media team. We will provide the product knowledge, training, and guidance to help you succeed—you bring creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Reporting to: VIKING Car Care Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop content ideas. Follow social media trends, study successful creators, and identify relevant hooks, formats, and product stories that connect with our audience.
• Create engaging product content. Film, edit, and publish UGC-style videos, product demonstrations, and other short-form content that highlights the features, benefits, and real-world uses of VIKING products.
• Be a recognizable personality for the brand. Appear on camera with confidence and enthusiasm, building familiarity and trust with viewers through relatable, informative, and entertaining content.
• Support TikTok LIVE broadcasts. Help host and/or operate live sessions, including preparation, product demonstrations, audience interaction, and behind-the-scenes support.
• Help execute our Meta advertising strategy. Work with the team to create and adapt content for Facebook and Instagram ads, develop creative variations, and support testing and improvements.
• Learn from content performance. Review results with the team and apply feedback to improve engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
• Contribute to daily team execution. Assist with shoot preparation, setup and cleanup, content scheduling, and other activities that keep production organized and moving.
