Job summary

LOOPLY RECOMMERCE INC is seeking a Content Creator to own end-to-end short-form video production for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. You will ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish content, while building a calendar tailored to platform dynamics and driving engagement.

You will independently run shoots, optimize footage quickly with mobile/mirrorless setups, and track performance to iterate on formats and direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in short-form video / social media content production.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools; solid camera fundamentals.
• Experience in secondhand luxury or fashion content is a plus.
• Strong content strategy; able to lead content calendar direction.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English a plus.

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Creator to own short-form video production end to end — from concept to publish — for our TikTok, Instagram, and other social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full short-form video production cycle: topic ideation, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and other platform dynamics
• Independently run small-to-mid-scale shoots, including lighting, framing, and basic audio capture; comfortable producing quality footage quickly with mobile or mirrorless setups
• Track content performance metrics (completion rate, engagement rate, conversion) and iterate on formats and creative direction based on data
• Coordinate external resources such as on-camera talent and models; ensure content compliance and brand consistency
• Maintain and organize the team's content and asset library

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in short-form video / social media content production, with a full track record of independently managing account matrices or brand/e-commerce content projects
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.), with solid camera and shot-movement fundamentals
• Experience creating content in the secondhand luxury or fashion category is a plus
• Strong content strategy skills — able to lead content calendar direction rather than only executing against briefs
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
