Position Overview
Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai are looking for a creative, social-first Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how brands—and executives—can stand out in an increasingly video‑driven social environment. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, experimenting with new formats and tools, and turning ideas, footage and existing marketing materials into engaging social experiences.
The Social Media & Content Specialist will create content for Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai, with an immediate focus on LinkedIn and the launch of new Instagram channels for both companies. The role will also support the social media presence of company executives, helping expand their reach, maintain an active presence and share company thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content & Creative
- Create engaging, social‑first content for Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai, with a strong emphasis on short‑form video.
- Transform existing footage into polished, compelling content designed specifically for social media.
- Create graphics, animations, short‑form videos, reels and other visual content.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and other elements that improve social content and increase engagement.
- Repurpose podcasts, events, thought leadership, articles and other marketing content into social‑friendly formats.
- Work closely with the marketing team, which will provide messaging and copy support, to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Identify new creative formats, platform trends and opportunities to make our social content more engaging.
Instagram Launch & Management
- Help develop and execute the launch strategy for new Instagram accounts for Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai.
- Partner with the marketing team to define content needs, creative formats, posting cadence and channel approach.
- Create and publish Instagram content, including posts, reels and stories.
- Manage day‑to‑day Instagram activity, including scheduling, tagging, community engagement and monitoring.
- Recommend new approaches based on audience behavior, platform trends and performance.
Executive Social Media
- Support and manage the LinkedIn presence of select company executives.
- Maintain executive posting schedules and publish approved articles, thought leadership and company content.
- Create social‑ready visual and video content for executive accounts.
- Help executives strategically grow their networks and audiences through appropriate follow and connection activity.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase executive visibility, reach and engagement.
- Stay current on LinkedIn best practices and recommend new ways to strengthen executive presence.
- Track social media performance, including follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions, video performance and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and identify key insights for the marketing team.
- Use performance data to recommend adjustments to content, formats and channel strategy.
- Stay current on trends, features and changes across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads.
- Help evaluate when and how Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai should expand onto additional social platforms.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use generative AI tools to develop high‑quality visual and multimedia content efficiently and creatively.
- Bring experience with Nano Banana or comparable generative AI creative tools, with the ability and willingness to become highly proficient with Nano Banana.
- Experiment with emerging AI image, video and content creation tools to improve creative quality and efficiency.
- Apply good judgment when using AI‑generated content to ensure output remains professional, accurate and consistent with company brand standards.
- Stay current on emerging AI creative tools and recommend technologies or approaches that could strengthen our social media content.
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized libraries of social media assets, videos, images and other marketing materials.
- Help coordinate content calendars, approvals and deadlines.
- Upload, organize and maintain marketing content across appropriate platforms and systems.
- Assist with presentations, marketing lists, event materials, promotional items and other marketing projects as needed.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
- Work from the Denver office several days per week as part of a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, marketing, communications or a related area.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling social media content, particularly short‑form video.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram, with familiarity across TikTok, Facebook and Threads.
- Experience using generative AI tools for image, video or multimedia content creation.
- Ability to take raw footage and turn it into polished, social‑ready content.
- Strong visual instincts and an understanding of what makes people stop, watch and engage with content in a social feed.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and handling content professionally and thoughtfully.
- Creative, curious and proactive, with a willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑moving marketing team.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Denver, Colorado.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating social media, short‑form video and/or digital content creation are required.
You don't need years of healthcare experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who is excited about where social media is going and wants to help us get there.
