Tasks

• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and X to engage and grow our audience of job seekers.
• Produce short-form video content, reels, stories, and platform-specific posts that offer actionable career advice, job search tips, and motivational insights.
• Research and leverage platform trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to maximize reach and relevance among job seekers.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to craft compelling copy and visuals that highlight platform features and drive user engagement.
• Analyze content performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, and X, using insights to refine strategy and optimize future campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging while maintaining a focus on driving organic growth and community interaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating and executing successful content strategies on TikTok, Instagram, and X, with a portfolio showcasing engaging short-form videos and social posts.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, with the ability to interpret platform metrics and use data to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, with creativity in both visual storytelling and concise, impactful copywriting tailored to each platform.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently on content creation while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
