Social Media Content Creator

Location: Remote (US ONLY)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and mission-aligned Social Media Content Creator to bring the FoXX brand to life through powerful video and static content. You’ll be responsible for growing our presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, crafting content that builds trust, drives engagement, and amplifies our voice in the women’s health space.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, understands what makes content resonate across platforms, and is energized by community-first marketing in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do
  • Create compelling video and static content that reflects FoXX’s values and resonates with our audience.
  • Own our social content calendar, planning, producing, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Grow and engage our community, responding to comments, DMs, and participating in relevant conversations.
  • Collaborate with our brand ambassadors and brand partners to develop educational and empowering content including reels, carousels, and stories.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to insert FoXX into the cultural conversation around women’s health, health equity, and advocacy.
  • Explore and pitch content partnerships that align with our mission and community values.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights and learnings.
  • Support launches and initiatives with branded content, including product drops, thought leadership, and features in our community platform, The Den .
Who You Are
  • A creative storyteller with a knack for translating brand values into thumb-stopping content.
  • Experienced in growing and managing social media accounts, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
  • Deeply interested in women’s health, health equity, or femtech. You don’t have to be an expert, but this mission should matter to you.
  • Skilled in short-form video editing (e.g. CapCut), graphic creation (e.g. Canva), and social scheduling tools (e.g. HeyOrca).
  • A strong writer and communicator, capable of tailoring content across platforms and tones.
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple calendars and campaigns without missing a beat.
  • Bonus points if you’ve done community moderation, engaged on Reddit, or led influencer outreach.

Compensation

This is currently an equity-only position as we’re in the early pre-revenue phase, with the clear intent to transition to a paid role as we grow. We fully support contributors maintaining other work while building with us.
