What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags that connect with our audience
• Monitor performance and recommend ways to increase reach and engagement
• Collaborate with our team for product launches, salon events, and special campaigns
• Stay ahead of beauty trends and viral content ideas

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years and above experience managing social media accounts (especially in beauty or fashion)
• Skilled in video editing (mobile apps or Adobe, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Confident with Reels, transitions, trending sounds, storytelling
• Understands Black beauty culture and local Canadian audiences
