Are you obsessed with storytelling through social? Do you light up when you walk through the aisles of a grocery store? Do you dream in reels, TikToks, and snackable content?

We're looking for a creative, strategic, food-loving social media manager to support 1–3 emerging brands in the food/bev/hospitality space. This is a part-time (potential for more work if there is chemistry), remote role with the potential for occasional on-site content capture if located in Los Angeles. You'll bring sharp attention to detail, a love of customer service, and a deep understanding of how to use social to build real community and brand love.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and publish engaging daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and more (work with client provided content, ugc, influencer, as well as content you create) - some collaboration with our content creators and graphic designers as well.
  • Strategize, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video that captures brand voice and drives engagement
  • Write thoughtful, on-brand captions and post copy
  • Manage community management, engagement, and growth and respond to DMs/comments with warmth and care
  • Organize giveaways and influencer/UGC partnerships
  • Design branded graphics for social and email (typically with graphic designer unless you're a graphic designer yourself)
  • Track performance analytics and make strategic pivots based on insights
  • Support 1–3 brands with content calendars, brand voice consistency, and growth strategy

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of agency or multi-brand social media experience
  • Passionate about natural food and lifestyle brands
  • Strong content creator (especially video!) with a sharp eye and great taste
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Skilled in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Understands platform trends, growth tactics, and best practices
  • Has high attention to detail and is comfortable juggling multiple brands
  • Proactive, self-starting, and collaborative
  • Comfortable using analytics to inform strategy
  • Bonus: experience with ugc content creation, email marketing, and in the cpg industry

Logistics:

  • Contract/part-time depending on location. California residents will be part-time employees while out of state will be contractors (10–25 hours/week to start, with room to grow)
  • Remote, with occasional in-person shoot opportunities (Los Angeles-based only)
  • Flexible schedule with some real-time availability during weekdays
  • Commission and performance-based bonuses available
