Highlands College is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple accounts, brands, and content calendars. You will write and edit copy, schedule posts, engage with followers, and support campaign execution to align with the college’s strategy.

You will contribute ideas for story opportunities and trends while coordinating with students and departments to ensure on-brand content across platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, digital media, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, communications, or content coordination preferred.
• Experience managing multiple social media calendars, scheduling content, writing captions, and coordinating content projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage social media calendars and posting across multiple brands and platforms.
• Coordinate social media projects and workflows with teammates and departments to meet deadlines.
• Write, edit, and contribute to creative content development including captions, copy, and campaigns.
• Support engagement, campaigns, and reporting by monitoring accounts and responding to audience feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align social content with broader messaging and institutional goals.
• Participate in ministry activities and uphold the college’s values.
