Sentry is seeking a Social Media and Community Strategist to drive strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. You will translate business goals into social initiatives, build workflows, and support Analysts on paid and organic campaigns.

You will audit processes, benchmark performance, and push for automation and efficiency while collaborating with the Social Media Manager on UGC and KPI reporting. Hybrid work options are available.

Join Sentry's team as a Social Media and Community Strategist!

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance workflows for the execution of social media strategies by the Social Media Analysts.
• Assist Social Media Analysts with the development of social media paid and organic campaign pushing beyond the bounds of tactical execution.
• Research competition, benchmarks and provides ideas for continuous improvement across social media platforms, networks, and digital communities.
• Audit current social media processes and explores the use of automation to gain efficiencies, achieve outcomes more quickly, and expand on social media initiatives.
• Evaluate current use of social media tools and technologies and recommends changes to increase efficiency.
• Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop UGC strategies and automated reporting against established social media KPIs for social media initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.

What it Takes

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to understand how to translate business objectives into social media strategies.
• Hands on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, business accounts etc.; Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the content that performs best.
• Experience developing and executing organic and paid social campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for timelines and deadlines.
• Self-starter with an ability to multi-task.
• Experience with social listening including responding to comments, questions and sharing community dialogue.
• Proven experience in optimizing social media experiences.
• Proven experience in creating audience targeting and lead management strategies for an enterprise level organization.
• Experience in working in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Must possess a data-driven mindset.
